"I really like the doctor. Very nice and personable. I made a partial payment after my eye exam and choosing my new glasses and was told they would be ready in two weeks. I was impressed because the girls at checkout said nothing about my partial payment and all were very nice. My check comes the 2nd Weds of each month so I called to tell them I would be in to pay. The girl who answered was very rude and stated that I had said I would be in the prior Wednesday and didn't show. I was taken back by her attitude! I stopped in on 7/11/24 and paid my balance in full and was told it would NOW be 2-3 MORE weeks and they would call. They need to tell customers right off that their glasses will NOT be finished until they pay in full. I had no idea and am very disappointed in this and how the girl on the phone spoke to me."

"I recently had an eye exam for myself and 2 sons. It was their first eye exam. I had only been to the Linton location once, before before Dr. Crane started. I wanted to like her and I would have had she not constantly kept commenting about my medical conditions in an inappropriate and extremely uncomfortable way. Literally the entire time I was in her presence. My oldest did well for his exam but my other son was a bit nervous and she was quite aggressive with her tone towards him when he wasn't sure ehat to say, enough to make him not want to go back to the eye doctor again. So while she seemed nice enough apparently having certain medical conditions makes her frazzled and unable to be professional about it."

"This was the worst Eye experience I have ever had . Dr. Got my eye prescription wrong . So wrong that my new prescription was half the strength as my last prescription. I definitely recommend going anywhere else . You will be very disappointed, and will have to pay 30 dollars just to have your last prescription put in your new glasses …. Just flat out horrible!!!!!!!"

"Both Drs are AMAZING!! Dr Crane got metal out of my husbands eye that was super small. The office got him in quick as well. She was also very good with my daughter when she had an exam!! Everyone in the office is super nice!!"

"I've been shopping around and was told to stop by Eyeworks. I needed no line bi vocals anti glare lens and preferably transitions lens. I did have insurance but it only covers so much. Every other place wanted about $250 or much more out of pocket. Well I had to pay OUT OF POCKET $120!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!. You have gained a new customer for life. The other thing I can say, the STAFF WAS TRULY FANTASTIC. She knew I didnt want to spend 250 out of pocket and took the time to listen. I highly reccomend getting glasses here. Yes my regular eye dr does glasses just she wanted 250 out of pocket. Thank you Eyeworks"
