"Honestly the facility is very nice. Unfortunately the staff isn't treated very well. I have personally witnessed the ADON talking down to the staff. This is very unfortunate, because it seems this will make it difficult to retain good employees to care for our loved ones. I would not recommend this facility with its current management."

"Not even worth the 1 star I am made to put...Worst place ever, I wouldn't put my dog there. I don't have enough time to write everything wrong with this place. The employees do not communicate to each other about the patients or they don't read what is in the computer about the patient. My 83 year old Dad would have died in there and they did not care. He was in for more than a week and every time we went to visit, they had not put in his hearing aids and/or sometimes his teeth, even after numerous times telling them and even writing it and posting it on the nasty looking peg board they had behind him. The place is dark and very depressing, I think all the money they get for that place must go to the big wigs because they sure don't invest anything into the place...I MEAN IT IS HORRIBLE. If your parents have Dementia and are confused if they are hungry or not please don't count on Glenburn to feed them, they will just ask the patient "are you hungry" and if they say no instead of trying they just walk away with the food. The staff doesn't care if the patients sit in there rooms in bed all day, walked in one day my Dad had no pants on and no sheet to even cover him up, they hadn't gotten him up all day. Had a big meeting with staff and Administration and they know how to talk the talk but sure don't follow through. I am sick to my stomach to think there are places out there like Glenburn....I stress please please please do not ever go there and if you have family there PLEASE GET THEM OUT. It is just a holding cell for people to die."

"I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My Grandma is in the memory care unit. And this place is a joke. They came down yesterday evening and yelled at us and said we all have to leave at 9:00. At this point it was 8:50... or they were calling the cops. Like what?? We all were following THERE guidelines. With only a couple hours to live... and no we wouldn't be allowed to come back... "5 stars at it's finest." I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."

"This place is a joke. My grandmother is there and has only hours to live NOT days just hours and we was told as many people that wanted could be there and stay as long as they wanted well they changed that when night shift came in. There is a head nurse there named Jean (sp)? And another lady name Kamie (sp)? And they came down to the room and was yelling at us and told us we had to leave or they was calling the cops. None of us had even did anything we was all in the room trying to spend time with my grandma this place needs shutdown or they need to learn how to treat people. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!! O yeah and if she passes away in the middle of the night we are not allowed to go back Only 2 people. Like WHAT!!! I would give this place 0 stars."
