"Initially I was happy with it. Until a week later. What I was told was a sensor ended up being a wiring nightmare. Not only des it need a entire fus box. But harness, multiple sensors and a Steering gearbox, BUT there was a open recall for a fire hazard he tried to hide. I confronted him and he ended up blocking me. His excuse? I don't sell new. In response to the seller. I only asked if I should contact a buddy at another agency he claimed to so business with. Gearbox I get, it's an added frustration. No he did not get notices on recalls BUT IT WAS IN THE ENVELOPE HE GAVE WITH THE BILL OF SALE. SO HE obviously knew about it. And as for the light and the horn. Never checked them, didn't think I needed. To. Funny how he has a answer for everything and completely skips over the recall notice he put in the envelope. I get minor items on a used vehicle. But I wouldn't be surprised if he bought it and slapped sticker on it."

"Being a small business owner this brings me no joy leaving a 1 star review. On 3/30, my wife called to make sure the black gmc 2500hd was still there as I walked out. She commented on the negative attitude then and I shrugged it off and headed out. The friend or employee of the owner was pleasant and I had a nice test drive. I told that guy that my wife would call Monday to double check the out the door price etc so I could show up with the proper amount on my check. Dude gave her attitude, refused to talk money on the phone. Congrats on losing out on the 20k sale today due to your poor attitude. Had you been there Saturday, that truck would be gone. Live and learn."

"Absolute joke of a guy who acts like he knows everything, had to prove to him that he was wrong after he got all defensive about some information on the vehicle. Didn’t even know what blow by was and tried explaining to me that air pressure isn’t blow by its when smoke starts billowing out of the oil cap, clearly this guy is lost. His excuses was well no I have to be right because I sell vehicles and you don’t. Refused to give pictures when I asked about them before hand as well. You can see the kind of guy he is when his responses back to all his bad reviews are just claiming they are fake and everyone else is wrong rather than it ever being himself"

"Wow I am a real person and did get a lemon from this dealership. For the owner to always attack someone who doesn't give him the rating he thinks he deserves. An honest and reputable business should not be so defensive about criticism. And for the customer you said didn't take care of her car she said it was the next day the vehicle had issues. Shame on you to put the blame on someone else. And by the way if there are recalls on a vehicle you own, it is your responsibility to get those recalls addressed. Made me decide to never buy a vehicle from a car lot ever again they are just out to make a profit."

"I bought a 2008 Saturn Aura XE. Kris has been great throughout this entire deal. He gave me a great price and stood by his word. He told me if I had any problems or issues just contact him and he would take care of it. There was a small problem, so I contacted Kris right away and he did exactly what he said he would.
