"Older woman at the counter is very rude. I paid $30 using my debit card and I only pumped $27.15. I went back in to get change and the lady at the counter whom was older told me it would go back on my card. When I asked for a receipt is when the attitude came. I asked if I could have an original receipt that showed the amount I paid which was $30.00 she told me I would have to take that up with corporate. If I could give zero stars I would."

"I went to get gas after I picked my first child up from school (which is less than a min from this location), And gave the rude older lady with white hair 5.50 cents in quarters and three dollars in bills ( which equals out to 8.50 for gas) left and pumped only 5.50 had to go back in and explain to her what she did wrong in a very nice way and she was certain I only gave her 4.50 in change only. I sat there and explained to her how I even counted they change and realized I had and extra .50 in my pocket that I didn't realized. She was extremely rude. And this isn't my first encounter with this rude individual but this is my first time complaining about her. My first experience with her wasn't good either. I'm very aware of customer service and treating people with kindness..... She lacks this trait. Won't come back till she's gone."

"The diet coke on the fountain comes out too fast. The clear soda come out way more than the pop itself, so I'm tasting soda and not pop. It's been like that for a while. Please fix it. That's the only Luke's on my way to and from work. And would like a good tasting diet coke. Thank you. Next I will call the main people."

"Customer service was good, but the pizza was supposed to be pepperoni.... but it was supreme. And as my child was attempting to eat it after picking all the other ingredients off, the dough was completely raw in the center. Mushy raw. So hopefully the sausage on it was actually cooked thoroughly considering my child took a bite of it before realizing it wasn't just pepperoni. We tried to throw it in the air fryer, but it was still raw and mushy. Very gross. Go to the Luke's in Hobart, it's much better."

"Terrible customer service just went in and purchase three drinks a large candy bar and a pack of cigarettes and there's two cashiers at the registers having a conversation with one of the customers ignoring the line of customers that are waiting to make a purchase so they can continue with their conversation with the one customer that's half done with his drink. She didn't bag my items so while I'm sitting there stuffing my pockets with my items the next customer that was behind me in line is sitting there with his debit card out in his hand getting blatantly ignored to where they can continue their conversation with the other customer. I've been going there ever since they opened now I'm taking my business to one of the other 4 gas stations on the block and I plan on letting a district manager know about my incident @ 10:15 am on Christmas Eve of all days"
