"I wish there was an option for zero stars...Terrible in every way. Poor quality of work- they do not care about the work they are doing or the people they are doing the work for. Everything is cheap as possible and done incorrectly. Water in foundation, well drilled incorrectly, damaged flooring, cracked drywall, siding falling off, the list goes on and on. Did not complete home on time. Unprofessional and poorly ran business as well. No communication or timeliness. Does not respond to emails or care to solve problems. The company has cost me close to $100K! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They have made my life living hell for the past almost two years that I have been dealing with them."

"I am looking for a new home to replace my old home that got flooded out on June 27 Kentland flood. I am a disabled Marine Corps Vet and Heard good things about Faith Homes. I have been praying for a way to this home. Still waiting on SBA loan if it goes through, it will be a blessing. They were great and answered all question. "I don't blame Faith Homes for the troubles I've had. It's not their fault that their manufacturer is terrible. My home is six years old and the majority of everything the house came with has gone bad, including my appliances, plumbing, showers, both water spigots, siding, ductwork wasn't connected, and the worst by FAR is the roofing. I've had shingles blow off twice now. It's all the houses on my block with the same manufacturer. This time I couldn't get my roof fixed before it rained nor was the tarp enough. My whole bedroom's bathroom's ceiling is now sitting on the floor with 100lb of soaked insulation. This isn't a doll house. It needs more than two nails per shingle and the tar paper was in correctly. This is the manufacturer's fault. I won't spend another dime on this house."

"the modular home itself is great. the garage/ mudroom i had added to modular home is garbage. Had to have the garage door redone. Doors in mudroom leak and though they were fixed temporarily leak again and not put in properly. The front door on house leaks cold air and all windows need to be replaced. Have to keep them covered in winter. After I bought the house, it seemed I had a very hard time to get them to replace the stove that had mice living in it. (I bought a model). It seems like they were not honest and not standing behind their work. I would rate it 1. And almost 3 years later, I am seeing big problems from work not properly done."
