"I promise if I could give less I would. Two old ladies in this store have horrible nasty attitudes, no customer service skills whatsoever. The cleaning is basic at best and if you have a problem with any of the work done you had better speak up immediately and let them know because otherwise, they may accommodate you, or they may not."
"Terrible service, rust stains found on garments after dry cleaning, lost items, the clothes aren't even cleaned at location, they are sent to a different location on the other side of town. Older lady needs a total attitude adjustment or just quit her job."
"Everyone beware, this is the worst cleaners and tailors in the world!! I was given a new pair of jeans for my birthday and I took the jeans to Ace @ 41st and Broadway Gary to have them shorten they were straight leg jeans when I got them back they were bell bottoms, and they were still too long. I ask the owner to give me money to replace these jeans and he acted as if he couldn't speak english. I hate when people say they don't understand the language, so they can cheat people out of their hard earn money. His wife's does all the alteration. They charged me $16.00 dollars to hem a dress. The dress was new, so i didn't ask for it to be cleaned. I only needed a small hem, which they didn't do. I lost over $ 40.00, which he refused to give me. I wonder what the BBB and Indiana State Attorney will say. I would not recommend this CLEANERS to anyone. They are unprofessional and they never have your clothes ready on time, you have to make several trips and gas is too high for that. Leave your clothes there at your own risk!!!"
"I just starting going to this cleaners, they do pretty good. I’ve visited a few times. Every time I came I just needed minor seams done on a few clothing items that I loved and didn’t want to rid of. But this last time I came they said they don’t do little seams for clothing items anymore. What a shame, I spent at least $50 every visit, so I would disagree about the Seams being of little worth. Lost a steady costumer. Decided to take my business down the road to United cleaners and hatters on Broadway. Great prices and my pick up is as early as 2days vs Ace cleaners where you have to wait a week or longer."
