"ATTENTION READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH : Today 2/1/24 I paid $7 to get my mirror torn off on or around 11:30 am I came through happy car wash and detail. the service sucked might I add… As I’m going through the car wash I here a big boom my brother was in the passenger seat and he said “sis can I fix this” and I said “what” as I looked up my passenger side mirror had been torn completely off.. as soon as the car wash was completed I went back through and proceeded to tell the employees what happened. I came back through and spoke to Glen .. he told me to go get an estimate and bring it back … I did just that. upon my return the manager was there .. they became very frustrated with me because I asked for the phone number and website .. long story short they told me to read a sign on the side of the building which states all the things that they are not responsible for, after I had Already gotten an estimate for 510.68. that sign states the things they aren’t responsible for which includes everything that could possibly go WRONG during the car wash … I suggest anyone to not go through this car wash … I’m furious now I have to contact my insurance company … what a way to start off the month !"

"I've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff, however, the car wash is very basic. Gets the job done, and I've noticed the workers are now pre-cleaning the cars with brushes before the actual wash starts. So that helps. The vacuums have no suction power, so it takes longer than needed to go over the same area repeatedly. Also, please honor the hours. I don't even bother trying to go if it's after 5:30-6p because I know they'll be closed, even though closing time is stated as 7p."

"Great car wash. Very reasonably priced. Does a great job. I opted for the monthly package. But it seems like a majority of the time i go around 5-530 pm they’re closed for the day even tho there hours say 7pm on the sign. Or they close at dark but they’re already closed with lots of day light. Just wish they would honor there hours."
