"floor and porch look amazing! salesman and installers were great! scheduling however was terrible. there was zero communication unless i called them. installation was almost a month later than promised because i waited for them to call me to schedule but i was apparently supposed to call them. they didn’t even call or text for a reminder a day or 2 before install."
