"I called 911 Monday at 12:00am for my husband (88 yrs. old) who was having severe leg pain. The two men from the fire dept. came with an attitude saying, "why did you call so late?" "Did you call the doctor?" On the way to the hospital, they did nothing to make my husband or the ride comfortable. In fact, he was told "they're not going to do anything but give you something for pain, send you right back home then you'll have to come back tomorrow". How disrespectful, rude & unprofessional can you get??? This was outrageous‼️. If this is the caliber of people working for the city's fire dept...smh. Pitiful & shameful. Something needs to change drastically."

"Was most likely another location, but called 411 to see if anyone could help get into the apartment, specifically said if all they could do was break the door, then we wouldn't waste their time. 3 firemen came and one got out the truck and was EXTREMELY rude to the point my friend started crying. They laughed at her and tried to gaslight her right to be upset. Tried to break the tension but he continued to be rude until we refused service. Very bad experience and I hope that man can take his job more seriously next time!"
