"PLEASE HIRE BLACK MEN WHO WANT TO WORK AND DO THEIR JOBS.........I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS BECAUSE WHEN I SEEN THE GUY LIFT UP MY GARBAGE LID AND SEEN IT WAS FULL OF GARBAGE HE CLOSED THE LID AND DROVE OFF. THIS IS THE 3RD WEEK THEY HAVEN'T COLLECTED MY GARBAGE AND NOW I HAVE THE 2ND GARBAGE BIN OUT THERE. MONDAY IS OUR GARBAGE DAY AT 50TH ADAMS ST GARY INDIANA."
"Reading the reviews I decided to add my experience with these people. First of all they steal from Gary residents by using online fees or purposely adding late fees if you pay through mail or at the check cashing place. It's literal theft, there is a date that the is stamped on mail and is is virtually the same. They also had a sewer pipe issue behind our old house that caused the pipes to back up into our house and a few of our neighbors. They didn't fix it for years until I kept calling them to check it and complaining with my neighbors. They actually tried to tell me it was my house pipes. Also Why does the date of my trash pickup chage because of holidays??? That makes year sense unless the holiday was the same day and even then I shouldn't have to wait two extra days for everyone to recover from their hangovers..."
"The garbage drivers come through our neighborhoods with a total disregard for our properties. This is the second time my trash bins were thrown everywhere and they refuse to pick up the small trash pile I paid to have removed. I’m considering a lawsuit"
"Sherly answered and I asked how can I find my account because I don't have my bill. She said they don't have a PC system and that I would have to find an old bill. I said well I don't have an old bill. She said she can't help and said have a good day anyway and hung up. The site is set up where u can only enter ur account number. It's really sad that it's set up like this and Sheryl thought it was okay to hang up on me and didn't even help"
"I was hesitant to call them because of the reviews but I had to call because it's the only place basically that does water. They were very helpful in leading me the right way to setup my water bill. Called them back and I was helped again, might have been the same woman but she was super friendly and explained to me how it worked. Thank you! Give them a call and ignore the reviews."
