Welcome to The House Church, a vibrant and welcoming place of worship located at 2156 West 15th Avenue in Gary, Indiana. Established in January 2012 by Pastor Joshua H. Reese, our church was born from a vision to serve the Northwest Indiana community and beyond, ministering to the people of God and equipping them to spread the message of Christ through encouragement, empowerment, and evangelism.
At The House Church, we are committed to being a beacon of light and hope in Gary and the surrounding areas. Our foundation is built on the scripture from John 4:23-24, and we strive to offer a transformative worship experience for everyone who joins us. Whether you are a long-time believer or new to your faith journey, you will find a supportive and nurturing community here.

Under the leadership of Pastor Joshua H. Reese, an anointed pastor, teacher, and minister of music, The House Church has grown and thrived. Pastor Reese's dedication to the ministry and his extensive background in theology and music have been instrumental in our church's development. His journey from serving at Zion Missionary Baptist Church to founding The House Church is a testament to his faith and commitment to God's work.
Our church has achieved significant milestones, including the ordination of Rev. Earnest James as our assistant pastor, the elevation of Pastor Reese as Overseer of the Northwest Indiana Diocesan of Antioch Network of Churches and Ministries, and the appointment of Mother Lucretia Cossey to the International Mothers Board of Antioch Network of Churches and Ministries.
