"This bank branch is absolutely terrible. I called for DAYS at various times to absolutely no answer. I walked into the branch itself 2 separate times requesting help to open an account. The second time I was treated extremely poorly by a teller named Emily. When I related my displeasure of how the branch operated she laughed at me. This is not a case of disgruntled patron, this is a case of rudecstaff and poor management."

"The extra star is for the people inside the branch, I have never had a bad experience dealing with the employees inside the bank, but the low rating is for the ATMs outside. For many YEARS there have always been issues with these ATMs, as long as I can remember. nearly every time I pull up to either one there is always a problem, can’t dispense cash, can’t accept deposits, not working at all, etc… You would think as huge as Chase is that it wouldn’t be an issue to fix or replace them, especially after many years of people complaining about them. Probably a branch manager that is not on top of things."
