"I have lived in this park for over 4 years now and have never had any issues with neighbors or the park management. I do not own my home, I strictly rent. My rent has only gone up one time since I have lived here. It was a reasonable increase and I honestly wouldn’t want to move anywhere else right now. I believe this park is what you make it. I keep my home and yard well maintained and if I have any issues management handles it as soon as possible. They are willing to work with you if anything is needed. They allow me to have my greenhouse up and I was able to put up a fence. As long as you take care to maintain your rented area they work with you."
"Overpriced and ratchet They love to raise the rent, on folks already too poor to be paying it. Owners are looking to make the most money by underpaying their employees, and charging the most. The managers are not paid enough for what goes on. Owners are scumbags."
"The rent is ridiculous for this park!This park is dirty rundown they need to power wash the mobile homes, cut the grass and pick up the garbage people should have to keep their yards clean and it would be nice if the playground. Was keep up and freshly painted and maybe some new playground equipment and winter is coming and they don’t keep up with plowing when they do plow, they plow your vehicle in so that you have to dig it out should be notified about plowing and it should be done when people are at work! YAY The playground is looking so amazing fresh paint, new black top new basketball hoops the benches are dug up out of the ground so nice to be able to sit on them. It is starting to look really nice. Thank you, Vlasta."
"I’ve lived here with my fiancée Teresa. We own our trailer and have no issues with any of the neighbors around us. It’s safe and secure. They have this court with one way in/out almost completely gated. Allowed to get your yard manicure landscape with flowers, small garden of different vegetables. Management you won’t fined two better friendly people. What it cost to live here very, very reasonable."
"Currently resident here , love this park. Very kid and pet friendly. The on-site manager is very respectful and helpful! My neighbors are nice and respectful. NEVER had any issue here. Been a resident here for almost 3 years now."
