"Still new in the community but living here hasent been bad at all. Its pretty calm and quiet usually. There are a few people that cause issue though. And the park manager could be better at dealing with said people and other issues."
"If I could I would rate it lower the park manager refuses to do background checks I'm trying to move in and she refuses to do it so she Is neglecting to do her job she chooses who she wants to do them on she also allowes people in the back of the park to sell drugs have recording of her admiting that she knows won't give me the owners number so I can call them so if the owner see this can you get ahold of me."

"It is a small quaint park. Most trailers are privately owned. The trailers are close to each other. The trailer park is just off of Ridge Road on the edge of Griffith located in Calumet township. However my understanding is that the lots are now on a month to month lease."
"Was a nice park for retired people. Used to be well kept but starting to turn trashy as the elderly residents are moving on."
