Farmers Insurance - Melissa Torres

"Called around to get quotes, Melissa answered, was very polite and was able to answer our questions and emailed us with a quote. As we went over multiple quotes from different insurance companies, farmers on paper seemed like the best for us, we had additional questions but were no longer able to get a response from Melissa, meanwhile all the other agents were constantly reaching out trying to earn our business. We eventually decided to join the farmers family since they were undercutting the others by a considerable amount but we had to set up everything via the 1-800- number, when we finally got a call back she didn't seem to happy that we set it up over the phone (sorry i couldn't help you but i am glad you are part of the Family group, if you have any additional questions i am here for you...) the response we should of got but we didnt. We have called on other occasions regarding our policy and again had to call the 1-800 number due to lack of a call back from our agent. I hope our agent can shift back to focusing on the customer, so that we may shake off the feeling that we joined the wrong insurance company."

Some offices wouldn’t even speak with me bc I already had an existing policy. Some took days to get back with me. Some didn’t understand the full coverage I was trying to insure my vehicle with. Melissa was able to everything I asked for and goes the extra mile to do additional checking to give me the best I can have.
