One occasion we actually even text him on short notice and he went out of his way to let us know what units were available so we could move our stuff in asap. "We rented a unit here for several months and had a wonderful experience. Don was personable, professional and friendly. The unit was immaculately clean upon move-in and the facility itself was kept up and well maintained, unlike other area storage facilities we've used. "This place was ok at first, but then they don't handle business very professionally, we try to do business locally but this place did us wrong. We got behind a bit but it was still payments made and Noone notified us that there was intent to sell our unit. We would try and pat on the website but it wouldn't allow you to. We even called, there are too many people running things and then one of them cut off our locks and stole items from our unit. There was evwn a shopping cart in our unit, who does that? When confronted about it; after seeing we were paid up THE owner still not being accountable said he would give us a free month. Are you serious? That's an admission of guilt or covering up the theft due to it being an inside job. We are very disappointed in this business and we have been through enough loss for them to take advantage likebthey did. We are soo angry and hurt."
