"I had sod installed earlier this summer. They did the top part, then came back the next day to finish the bottom part. The bottom part is full of weeds and looks terrible. On July 15th they said they were looking to re-do it that week. Since then I was informed the owner doesn't think it's on them to re-do it. I've been asking for a quote to re-do it since July 27th and have not gotten one yet. They also layed dirt and grass seed between me and my neighbors driveways. Grass didn't grow, just weeds. Can't believe the amount of money I spent for it to look like this. I've asked if owner could go halves, I've asked for just a quote. No reply yet. At this point if I redo the bottom half, it'll probably be a different color.. they were good to work with until I paid in full. I still have faith they'll do the right thing."

"When my husband came to buy sod, you just received a new shipment. He asked the guys to load the newly arrived sod. When he went in to pay, the men had the sod already loaded for him. When he got home and unloaded, the sod that was loaded was the old dried out sod, with a few pieces of new sod. I guess you can’t trust anyone these days!"
