"I pay for the first of the month and when I go back home my home internet not working and I go back to there told me you need to call metro pcs customer service then try to fix it but cannot fix then metro pcs customer service go back to store to replace your box home internet then I go back to there store you cannot replace, I tell them why , the rep sales of metro pcs of griffit your area no connection any more in your address because they upgrade there tower they told me you need to call customer service metro pcs again. And I call customer service of metro they told go back to store in Griffith told me refund your money, And I come to store to refund my money for 1 month I don't have Internet. And go to Griffith metro and they say to me you cannot refund your money, why because that's there policy, This store only you want your money, if there any problems and they don't fix, they don't help you to figure out the problem and your money gone without nothing. Don't waste your money to this store Metro at Griffith and there sales rep. Go to different store, don't come here anymore to pay your bills or buy another stuff and go to other store"
