"Just the nicest guys, the coolest store. If you are nervous or overwhelmed heading into these sorts of places, Billy O's is the place to go, they absolutely make you feel like part of the gang. Did wonderful work on my guitar and we made a super-fair trade on a pair of great amps, like, I've never made a trade in a music store before, but this was hassle-free and fun and this store is well worth your effort to scope out, buy a pack of something."

"Saw one of their listings for a bass on Reverb, but decided the drive wasn't too terrible to check it out in person. Well worth the commute. Some of the nicest people you can meet. They were busy getting inventory ready to ship, but that didn't stop them from assisting me. Set up the bass nicely and pointed me towards a solid bass amp as well. The amp's handle was falling apart, so they installed a new one in minutes free of charge. Happy to support a local shop rather than the big names like Sweetwater and Guitar Center."
