The 2 young ladies I encountered at the Dyer location today and yesterday for passport HELP are 2 that seem to feel it is their job to waste my time. The one told me, "you could go elsewhere", so I gathered my documents and did! I would not trust them after saying that to me. Go to a library, so much MORE helpful."

"Terrible customer service. Lady sold me 500 post card stamps. After stamping all the cards they told me I bought the wrong stamps because my card was too big even though I showed them my card. They said they never seen my card brought in so they can’t do anything besides have me buy 1000 more stamps. Did nothing to solve my problem"
