New Roof & Restoration

"Thank you New Roof & Restoration for our new roof!! I was just about ready to give up on getting our roof done this year. I had already spoken to most of the familiar named roofing companies in my area. So many roofers walking on my roof, all the different prices, I could not see a hint of honesty, and some lacked professionalism. The insurance company had disappointed me and I was just about done. I googled one last time outside my local area. New Roof & Restoration in Hammond Indiana seemed like a new company. I called and spoke with Jonathon (the owner). He was polite and professional from the start. Our initial conversation he was supposed to send me something that night. However, the next day he called and I was already irritated due to previous trauma from dealing with another roofer. Jonathon listened and apologized for any miscommunication. Jonathon came to our home that day to do an estimate. I was not home, but my husband was. I did not want anyone else walking on my roof. He did not try to coerce me and respected my concerns. After nudging from my husband, I recanted. None the less this young man had already taken measurements, and pictures, I imagined by satellite and sent me an organized professional estimate. He answered all my questions by email, text and phone. He always responded politely and never failed to listen. Once we decided to move forward he sent me a professionally written contract like I had never seen. Transparent, easy to read and understand, thorough, can you believe interactive where I could select my choice and sign at the push of a button. The agreed upon price, The warranty for the shingles, the warranty for labor, if I wanted to cancel, how I could with no strings attached. I was reading it to my husband like a book and saying "have you ever seen anything like this" no we had not. He also brought a paper contract later. I chose the online option. I asked if he had a crew or had to get a crew together. He assured me he had that all in place. He stated in the email the date and time the work would began. He got all permits required. The crew was here on time as stated. I mean on the dot and started working while on the dot. The crew were hard workers and knew what they were doing. Jonathon was on site after work began and put to rest any concerns. Later it seemed that the crew was silent. When I inquired if there was an issue, they were waiting on the town inspector to make sure the ice shields were up to code. They also fixed problems with venting in the attic. They were here and finished in one day. I know the workers were tired, but they put everything back in place. Cleaned up all the mess, picked up all the nails with a magnet. When it was all done, we noticed an outside light was missing. I mentioned it to Jonathon. He had new lights purchased! He and his friend put in the new lights. He also brought me swatches so I can color code a new door. My roof is beautiful with new lights to match. I thank the Lord Jesus christ for his grace and mercy! What a blessing he sent you our way.
