"Bad experience. I had to report my driver's license as lost because of this bank. I went early the next day to see if they had it and they looked around and told me no and that perhaps it was shredded. So i had to go to two DMVs to finally get a duplicate. Then i received a call before closing time that they have it. Such an exhausting day... Make sure you check twice before leaving your belongings there."

"Lazy, unfriendly staff. Even with an appointment they still find a reason not to take you and never seem to have time. Taking my business elsewhere because it shouldn’t be this difficult to open an account."

"When I walked in to the bank there is no one there to greet you or direct you. The woman I inquired with initially was helpful...but the personal banker was unprofessional. He had a very "I don't feel like working today and it's almost my lunch time so get out of my face attitude" not only was he of no assistance for the customer in front of me but he DEFINITELY did not assist me either...sent me on my way not even caring if I would return to open an account or not...and directed me to do it myself online as if my business wasn't important to him. Sad he was bragging to customers over the phone about being transferred from Cal City to Lansing location because he is "moving up"...I politely thanked him and redirected my business to Bank of America...where I will NOW proceed to rate THEM 10 STARS for EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE."

"Yesterday I arrived to make a deposit thru the driveup... I arrived at 3:35pm, there was a line of cars waiting. At 4pm I noticed at least 2 bank employees leaving, without a word. Well we continued to wait - waited to 4:35p as the cars moved up I moved up. Finally made it to the window... and saw.... Closed. No warning from anyone that worked there... I knew the bank closed at 4pm... but never thought that I would not be served... I arrived before 4pm.... Chase how do you make this better for all customers? understand...just"

"The manager on duty George threatened to call the police on me. I was there doing a withdrawal and after a series of questions that he was not satisfied with and after some calls to the branch manager he told me he could not process my transaction and I would have to wait for the branch manager. I continually asked him why, his answer was I cant you will have to come back tomorrow. After I told him that's not an answer he got agitated and told me I can either leave or he would call the police. By the way the money for the transaction had already been pulled from my account, they were suppose to reverse the transactions but had not and he wanted me to leave without verification of the return of my funds. The associate that was initially helping saw the agitation and became very nice. This was very unprofessional of him, he made the situation very uncomfortable and confrontational. I have given Chase well over 8yrs of banking service. To be treated like I were was an insult to my loyalty to Chase."
