"Worst post office. Every time I go there everyone is hanging out and talking or on the phone. And supposedly the system is always down and nothing is working. Such a joke."

"Disorganized, an outright pain to deal with. Everythjng has 5 hops to jump through. They will take their absolutely time doing anything. Please gut this system and replace it."

"First of all their hours suck - you open at 10am and close at 4???? Yet the one in Cal City opens at 8:30 and closes at 5. Not convenient for me... I had an issue with a package delivery which was found 5 mos later in the post office.. I moved from Burnham to Riverdale - put a change of address in online 2 week prior to my moving. I've been in my house a month and NO MAIL.. I physically have to go to this terrible post office to find out why my mail has not come to the new address? No mail in a month is not even possible. I'm not one to put a person out of a job, but they need to close that whole post office down and throw it in the garbage..."

"Would it be asking too much to have hours when people who actually work for a living could drop off a package to mail. It is ridiculous that this palce is open fro 2 yours on Saturday and then the middle of the day the rest of the week. How is this providing service to the people who live in this neighborhood but work down town? I have no complaints about the workers at this location. They have always been helpful, polite and professional. My regular letter carrier is also a joy She is always early and in good spirits. She is a credit to the post office. But the hours absolutely SUCK!"

"Absolutely a joke. Walked in, the door bell rang twice and nobody came to the counter. I stood there for several minutes in clear view and could see and hear about 5 people standing around texting and talking. I will never use this post office again and would rather drive an hour to a post office that actually does their job. On multiple occasions this post office has not delivered our mail and actually sends it back to the sender!! Very time sensitive mail!! These people are getting paid to do what? That's my real question."
