"Great gym! I always go in the morning before classes and never fail to have a great workout. I was skeptical after hearing rumors of planet fitness but they’re 100% not true. I’ve been going to the gym for years but recently changed to planet fitness after moving into town for college, and it’s no different than any other gym. I drag my bag around and occasionally grunt during an hard rep and nobody cares at all. I just get along with my workout like normal. The smith machines are very great too. They move smoothly and the bars are very stiff. I’ve had problems in past gyms where the bar became very bendy once I put a couple plates on but I’ve loaded up to 5 plates on the bar here and it doesn’t flex an inch. They have a wide variety of machines for every body part and plenty of plates. The staff has been very friendly and helpful anytime I have a question. If I could give it 6 stars I would."
"Some short dude was in there taking pictures of me, he then proceeded to still take them right outside the window where the only leg press machine is. He is a worker from Yamato so just a heads up. My first time in this planet fitness in over 3 years. Never coming back unless that dude wants pummeled to death."
"I go here 5 days a week at 2am after I get off work. They all of sudden changing their hours to accommodate day shift hours and not consider people who work other shift. Someone who is on a tight schedule and routine, this ruins it. It's not because they can't find help, it's the fact that they don't want to pay the night shift worker, full time. Will be canceling membership, other Planet Fitnesses are 24.7, in a hour radius, this one in Vincennes, doesn't care about their clients. Going to a new gym."
"Today, I visited "Planet Fitness," which is generally standard, much like all the others across the country. However, this club has only 2 showers, which, in my opinion, is an insufficient number. The club itself is clean, and the air conditioning works well. But, as always, I was disappointed with the shower experience. The water flows with very low pressure. It might not be so noticeable in photos, but take my word for it. I recommend addressing this issue with the showers."
