"Very unprofessional company. Our leasing agent Christian brown was helpful at first, but after we submitted our rental applications( and paid 100$) the communication went dead. We ended up never hearing back if we were approved or not, so they basically just took our money and ghosted. And when I reached out to him about it he barely responded, never looked into what happened to our applications, and didn’t even call me to check if he could help us find another property, which in my experience most realtors do. Don’t waste your time or money on these guys."
