Called to put money down to hold it and got a ride down the next day . Looked even better in person so while I was doing paperwork the shop made sure everything was one hundred percent ready to ride. Had a great ride home and couldn't be happier with the friendly and professional service I received at Wizard of Wheels."

"Took my forks (off the bike) to have seals and bushings replaced. Took a month for them to do it, didn’t even start on it for three weeks (2 hour job max) and charged me 309 dollars (I supplied parts). When you walk in, nobody says hello or greets you. Or even tries to sell you anything. Wasn’t impressed. 2 stars because I haven’t put the forks on the bike yet so I can’t attest to the work that they do. Hopefully it was done correctly after all that."

I went in for a simple oil change and tire replacement, expecting to pay around $395 as I was initially told. However, when I called to check if my bike was ready, they casually informed me that the price had mysteriously jumped to $490, nearly a hundred dollars more! To make matters worse, despite their numerous signs claiming they accepted credit cards, they insisted I pay in cash. This was especially infuriating as I witnessed them accept a man’s credit card right in front of me. When I questioned this inconsistency, they had the audacity to laugh at me, knowing I was already anxious due to recent personal struggles. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they escalated it by calling the police when I expressed my frustration. It was a humiliating and unnecessary ordeal. I strongly advise against anyone visiting this establishment. The staff are deceitful and manipulative, trying to swindle customers into signing agreements and then changing the terms at will. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your motorcycle needs.”"

"I'm sooo glad they work on Hondas! I like that it's a dealership & shop. I feel like they maybe need more workers & can do more selling & make the spot more appealing w/some type of light background music. They have a decent selection of bikes but should also wipe them down sometimes... a few were dusty. They also sell helmets & somewhat gear"
