"I went here a few times and they were pretty good. The last three times I went they were terrible hard and very tough. I would not recommend them to anyone . and I would not be going back"

"Paid $21 today for a large tip only to get home and discover that there was barely any sauce on my ribs. When I called to report the problem the worker didn't seem very concerned. Unfortunately I was on my lunch break and could not return to get more sauce. As a result I was stuck with dry unflavorful ribs. I would also like to note that the menu prices have changed but the owner in spite of my complaints refuses to change the the prices on his menu board. For example, the menu still shows the old price of $18.50 for a large pork tip but customers are being charged $19.50. This place has really gone down and the sad thing is that the owner doesn't care. I will not be returning."

"Placed an online order, it stated pick up in an hour, even though I request the pick up time asap. I'm not mobile, can't leave the house. I sent my boyfriend they gave refused to give him the order. Stating the person who placed the order must pick it up. After 25 minutes and pleading with them they gave him the order. Never again, I will take my money to Sunny's BBQ, they have better service, larger ortion size and time saving."

"Used to be a good spot , but they take so extremely long . They constantly tell you “10 more minutes” but waited about an hour for a small rib tip combo . And the last time my bread was moldy ."

"Clerk/Cashier could still benefit from customer service training/ customer etiquette, She was rude & would have you start telling her your order & she would then walk away. She acted as if she really didn't like her job but the food was great. I'm not sure who was on the grill Friday evening 4/28/23 but they threw down...The rib tips was tender & done. They also stepped there game up on the sauce. I don't usually lick my fingers but it was finger licking good. I ate off of this tray 3 times. So delicious!"
