"I was genuinely a fan of Kirk's BBQ, but not sure if I would visit again after the lack of service I received today. I called to order a pan of Turkey tips for four days into the future, the restaurant explained they were booked, which is understandable. However, the dismissive, nonchalant approach, and unwillingness address my concerns was not appreciated. The young lady on the phone rushed off the phone when I suggested I can order for an earlier day. She even suggested that I order a combination of smaller orders to create the larger order, which indicates the capacity, but unwillingness to take my order. I gladly supported them in the past, but am apprehensive about giving money toward an establishment that doesn't appreciate my business."
"Tried the fried chicken wings. Omg they were so delicious. If they were to sell fried chicken, they would put the other fried chicken restaurants out of business!! So delicious . Cole slaw was delicious too!! Ribs were delicious too!!! This place doesn't dissapoint unless there closed.."
"I’m sorry but this place missed the mark completely Saturday night. I was thinking it was going to be crowded but I noticed there was not a lot of people when I arrived. This time last year, it was so crowded, the line was outside but this year, no. Ordered a bucket of pork tips and I am throwing the entire bucket away because they were not good. Also purchased a small link for my mom and I was so disappointed in what I saw. They literally broke, not cut, the link in half and made it “2” when it was initially 1. And it was undercooked. Definitely do not want to eat undercooked pork. Just missed the entire mark this visit and I had been coming for years and this was the first time the pork links and tips were not good for me and my family. And you would think it would have been great on Memorial Day weekend, but no, it was the opposite. Can’t say I will be returning after this."
