"Everytime I come here it's a issue, the card machine is down, they are not taking cash, they don't have this or that. Online it says they are open, but it is dark inside and outside it's 8:15am, even if it opens at 8:30am some form of lights should be on, gates should be up. Any who, its Tuesday and everyone seems to be having a Monday. Hope this helps and it change, be more organize. No cars are here"

"I was somewhat disappointed with the store itself. They didn't have what I needed, and there was no cash back allowed. What would I do if I needed cash for an emergency or something? The Gentleman (young man) working at the register was nice though. That was the best part of my trip to family dollar."

"I like the store but the workers are so rude and they are no help. If they are not on their phones they are avoiding us as much as possible. I just came from the store and I purchased some items. I asked for $50 cash back. The woman got the money out the register and threw it to me. I didn't like her attitude but I kindly told her I wanted change. She slammed the drawer and said "we don't give out change". I also had to ask her to give me the items I purchased that she put in a bag behind the counter. I really didn't appreciate that and this isn't the first time I had a problem there. I always spend my money there. I don't deserve to be treated like that and if it continues I will just go to another Family Dollar."
