"Long lines always. Even when the store manager is there he acts like he doesn’t want to hop on the register. The line will literally be to the freezer and it will be 3 employees in the store and no one ever comes to help ring. But you’ll see them walking around doing personal shopping etc. Young lady with pink braids doesn’t seem to like her job much. lol they need some help."
"I have come to this location occasionally over the years, hadn't been there in a while and was expecting it to have declined, but it hadn't! Still very well stocked and SO neat!! To see the floors were clear in every aisle and items weren't strewn about on the shelves, someone is taking pride in this store and I think it's a good reflection on the community. There are other Family Dollars in the area but they pale by comparison!! I had to compliment the manager Jason and told him I'd let corporate know as well."

"This is the worse Family dollar I have ever been too! I came to pick up an online order followed specific instructions and still haven’t received my order due to the fact that no one knows how to process an online pick up besides the manager. The manager is never there .. Everytime I call the store the phone line is always busy .. I will never shop at this store again.. I normally don’t leave reviews pertaining to situations at stores, but this has been the worst!!"
"For some reason you can never get good customer service here. Lines are always a problem. I feel like if you know what time people are getting off the train and know thats the busiest time of the day why not have more than one register open. Employees should never take a personal call while dealing with customers. We come here because it's convenient but there's never been a time when I've come to this location and customers aren't complaining."
