Drivers stay away from this railyard by all means the time wasted here isn't worth the trip. Crane operators need some kind of supervision out here letting them know what needs to get done and what can wait. They are always doing anything else instead of getting drivers in and out quickly."

Another idea the management for CN harvey can go to CSX59 and take a training about how to manage the rail yard and manage the staff. Believe me the management needs to be trained to be able to manage the rail yard and the employees. Your employee just setting waiting the clock to go home while the yard full of trucks need to be worked on."
