Additional head-in and parallel parking can be found on Green Street, with more parking options available directly in front of the library on 119th Street. An accessible parking spot is also located on the west side of the building.
At the West Pullman Branch, we are committed to providing valuable resources and support for all visitors. Our CyberNavigator tutor service offers personalized computer help through one-on-one sessions by appointment. These sessions, lasting up to an hour, are designed to help you improve your digital skills and navigate the online world with confidence. "This library is very ghetto and the security guards there have no regards for the patrons.. back in 2021 I had a gun pulled on me inside the library because a guy got on my computer while I was printing and got mad. The security proceeded to kick me out as well with no police being called.. he didn’t want to deal with it PAGE SECURITY COMPANY IS DISGUSTING"
"Great helpful staff at the front desk and clean library. The librarian (older fragile lady with mask) is always giving someone a hard time. She is very passive aggressive when she’s out of her office so it’s best to ask another employee for help."
"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The environment is calm and quiet. The whole library is clean. They have a cleaning service that helps keep it clean. They also have a good selection of books."
"This location is COVID safe. All employees are still wearing masks and the facility is still practicing all safe standards to avoid contamination. I came in for a new library card and was taken care of promptly. I also needed to print several documents, which the staff had no problem coming over to help. Very peaceful inside and calm. I loved 5 stars!!!"
"I have only been in this library a couple of times but every time it has been a pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful and professional. I truly appreciated all the assistance they provide and this includes the security guard as well. The computers are very user friendly, they may not be latest but they get the job done. Keep up the good work."
