"Standing in line and the two women one with blonde hair and the other with red hair are unprofessional. The lady with blonde hair took a personal phone call in front of a customer and had them wait, the lady with red hair is conversating with a older lady and there is about 8 ppl in line waiting, i think it was rude and the lady with red hair told the lady they can go use the ATM . I will never come to this location again"
"I walked into the branch to open up my daughter an account and sat for 35min. Once I reached the rep he claimed he couldn't accept my interim temporary ID and that my daughter needed residency such as school transcript or utility bill. My daughter is 17. I don't have utility bill for her.Hiram was not very helpful and lacked the ability to try to assist."
