"I don't know exactly is the problem but something taste off on them. I don't know if it's the sauce or perhaps they were old or something. I'll break it down to my experience in trying these new 12 pc. Saucy Nuggets . The Chipolte Ranch was very salty. Not good at all. But can taste the smoky flavor but was unpleasant to me. Had an after taste. The Mango Habanero was ok but man if you looking for heat. This will deliver. There's noting really sweet about it them. Flavorful but just really spicy. The Honey Garlic was the best of them all Was sweet but had a salty taste but in a good way. Just 2 out of 3 wasn't that good. As said, the Honey Garlic was the best."

"I went to Chicago Heights to pick up 2 Uber Eats orders, I asked the manager "Diane" how long the wait would be she yelled, I stated I'm just asking, she responded by saying "you can leave" "I will not be giving you the food", you was very rude & lacked customer service-in front of the other customers also, the guy in parking lot stated "she was very mean to you"-the young male working with her witnessed this also."

"Chicken and fries were cold. Fries were so old and cold they were stuck together and the chicken was like rubber. Don't waste your time or money, the employees don't care. And this is why I now spend money at Popeyes."

"The chicken tenders were terrible, dry and rubbery. The fries were soggy. Worst food ever. When tried to call to let them know , no one answered the phone ."

"Was craving fried Chicken so I ordered the original chicken sandwich no pickles. They actually remembered not to put pickles on the sandwich which was a plus, definitely needed a little bit more Mayo but it did have the classic KFC taste and the chicken was cooked really well. Didn't realize how good KFC fries are."
