"Many bus routes have poorly communicated detours, but the drivers do their best. The buses themselves are fine, and even the transportation center itself is fine, but the bullet hole in the departure screen speaks for itself. I didn’t feel particularly unsafe while I was here, but I feel bad for the people who have to use this bus terminal regularly who I’m sure are concerned. The area around the bus terminal is a particularly run down and disadvantaged part of Harvey, and given the way the town operates and doesn’t care for its own residents, it’s no surprise that the bus terminal is in a sorry state."
"Bus is amazing new features for the riders announcements of penalties if crimes are committed more cameras are on it now to just get facial id while boarding on bus from camera with passengers to not board while face is covered is a must other than that all the people in the bus are like family always looking out there window at each other keeping an eye out for danger for the safety of each other"
"It's a bus terminal it's filthy it's disgusting and Pace runs their buses like they're a bunch of pigs! People dealing cards for free rides other things going on at the place is not enough security!"
