"This is by far the worst shop I have ever been to. My car was in an accident and my insurance company referred me here. I was shocked on how fast the job was completed but happy. After getting my vehicle back I immediately took it to the car wash to get all the dust off. Once I left the car wash it sounded like a lake inside of my door. Come to find out they left paper and tape on the inside of the door causing it not to drain water out. I had to take my car back 3 times for this one issue. The last time I brought it in I was with my 7 yr old son. When we walked into the shop the owner happened to be in. For some reason he was very upset with me for coming back a third time to have a door full of water removed again. This guy literally used so much profanity in front of my son I lost it. I asked him how could you speak like this in front of a 5yr old child and not to mention to a paying customer. He continued to talk this way until I just gave up and left.I love supporting my community businesses but this is one that will never see another penny from me. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!"

"I want to give them a 5 but I can't based off the fact I did not have my car for almost 3 months. I am not even mad at that fact but mad that I kept getting told next Friday, next Friday, next Friday. However, everyone was very nice to me and I do appreciate their patience as they did deal with mine. Overall, car came out beautiful...some minor stuff could have been done better but we shall see how things go as I just got my car back today. Update: it's been 9 months since I've had my car back and the minor stuff I mentioned has my car looking horrible. The paint is peeling from my hood, I have moisture in one of my tail lights, the car gets extremely hot when driven for a while which is what it was doing after my accident, they bumpers...both front and back dont look like they are attached all the way, one of my headlights is brighter than the other. Had it not taken so long to get my car back in the first place, I would take the car back. I cant say I recommend them for their work as my car looks thrown together. Will post pics soon."

"It took them a long time to fix my 2023 Chevy Equinox they didn’t do things when they said they would do them but the over all work that they did on my truck when they FINALLY finished was great I was satisfied with the way my truck looked when I picked it up"
