"AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I dropped a suit off last saturday and it has been a week for a wedding and they text me a whole week later. When I came to pick it up the store was closed at 1pm on a saturday. They I went on Monday afternoon and now the suit is clean but they said the belt was broken and they could not retrive it. They are so unprofessional!!!"

"This was my first time using this business and I will not be using them again! I dropped off two brand new bridesmaids dresses (still had the tags on each) to be steamed and when I picked them up, the dresses 1. Had large creases still left in the fabric AND 2. Had large stains left on the garments. Upset would be an understatement. I am honestly shocked this company is fine with such a poor level of quality— definitely avoid!"
