Maple Shade Laundromat

"The laundromat itself is decent enough, but the owner, not so much. The woman there has a very " please dont bother me" demeanor and since the coin machine has been out of service for quite a while now (months), you either come in with your own or you unfortunately have to get quarters from her. I've smiled, and said "Thank you" and "please" to her any number of times and she's never uttered a word or even given a half smile. It's as though she wants your "money", but not not your "presence" in her place of business."

"Very clean, all machines work. The attendant is quick to help you"

"They suck nastiest owners ever. The owners are so rude my first time there I asked for change and the man gave me a hard time. The lady yelled at me for using the wrong detergent and called me stupid thought I didn’t hear her. Had to set her straight"

"It’s a shame the owner kicked my dog out on a hot day. I live out of my van and was doing laundry. My service dog was told to leave. I could cause a huge fuss about it but I’m just going to leave a review. Customer service and ownership fail"

"I would give zero stars but the place is clean. So clean in fact, the woman cleaned my detergent out of the reservoir, 2 minutes after I started the machine. She didn't know I was standing outside and saw her. When I asked her about it she said I'm not supposed to put it in there. She wanted me to put it in the drum. I have the package with me with full instructions indicating where to put it. So my clothes were washed in their recycled water and I had to go to another laundromat to wash my clothes with detergent this time."
