"The service is HORRENDOUS and I believe the owners (both Asian) are extremely prejudice and racist! I’ve never had such a horrible experience as I did yesterday, and I’d been coming to this same shop frequently. I paid in full before receiving any service and when I came in to pick up and try on my pants, that I had altered, the job was not complete. They charged me for my pants to be both hemmed and tapered. However, the pants were not tapered and were very loose as I had originally purchased them before. When I requested for the job to be corrected, the owners both ignored me and left to go to the back and completely neglect me standing there. The man also threw the pants back at me and continued to ignore me. I didn’t make a fuss, but I did tell them that I would NEVER be back to visit ever again. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF AND DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!"
"I stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon to drop off two shirts and two pairs of pants and the gentlemen to have them dry cleaned and the gentlemen behind the counter asked me when do I need them by so I said Friday and he said be back after 04:30 P.M. so I came back on Fridsy but I was early and this time there was a lady behind the counter and she told me be back in twenty minutes because they sent my clothes out to be dry cleaned so I walked around a bit in the Northeast Shopping Center and I used the bathroom at Home Depot then walked back over to pick up my dry cleaning and I was charged a fair price I think so thanks for doing business with me."
