"This place has gone downhill. It used to be the best around. I tried to use a few day old expired coupon that was not expired when I dropped the clothes off. Their coupon is widely available. They refused to take it. I had 5 suits so the fee wasn’t cheap. I’ll never be back. The owner was rude and unprofessional. She walked away from me!"

"If I could give a zero stars I would. My very first experience with this place is just wow. I dropped off my husbands dress pants and dress shirt. I go to pick them up and they try to give me someone else’s pants. It’s been over a month and they still haven’t found my husbands $160 pair of dress pants. Then tell me they can give me a credit but will only give me a fraction of what the pants costs. Are you kidding me? He wore them once they were brand new and why the hell would I want a credit to your store? Do you honestly think I’d ever use or recommend your company? No unacceptable the pants need to be replaced. Unfortunately looks like I’ll have to file a report with the Ewing police over theft."

"Tried this place 3 to 5 times but just not happy with price or quality of work. I could deal with the price but my clothes come back not seeming to be cleaned at all. There is no crispness and small things like the flap pocket on my suit jackets will be pushed into the pocket like I had just taken it off. The last time I found a clean tissue I had left in my pocket still in the pocket after cleaning and it was like it just came out of the box."
