"This particular store is ran by unethical liars and thieves. I came to this location for assistance with filing my tax return. Although they performed the task, they told me that their services cost under $50.00 when I asked them about payment. The next morning, we woke up to see that our credit card was charged for over $400.00. I would not have utilized their services had I known it was that expensive. A simple tax return does not cost that much. I thought I could trust them since they are an established company. I thought they would be transparent regarding their fee structure. Since I signed the receipt, there was nothing they could do. What they could have and should have done, however, was tell me how much it was going to cost before swiping my credit card and not charge my nearly 10 times the amount I was told. They offered me $50 credit for next year, but I will never use this company again. They are unethical. They are thieves. They are liars. If you respect yourself, do not use this company. They will steal your money under the guise of omission."
