"My experience with Miles of Flowers was deeply disappointing and added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. After ordering a spray for a loved ones funeral, they initially confirmed with the funeral home, only to later cancel the order via email without even bothering to call and inform us. Their excuse of being too busy with Mother's Day preparations was unacceptable, especially given the circumstances. This lack of professionalism left our family feeling abandoned and alone on a day meant for remembrance and support. What's worse, they canceled other orders as well, leaving only the sprays from another business as the sole floral representation at the funeral. It's disheartening to see a local business prioritize profit over compassion, causing additional pain to grieving families. I cannot recommend Miles of Flowers based on this experience."
