"It was my first time ever using these cleaners. I had a black wool coat that I could not get clean with several lint rollers. I took it in to Fleeners. I was greeted with a smile, given a claim ticket, and informed of when I could pick up. When I arrived for pickup, before I even got in the door, the same smiling, pleasant, young lady had my coat and was handing it to me. I wish I had taken a before photo, but I didn't. Take my word for it. The coat looks brand new. Not only was the customer service outstanding, but so was the cleaning of my very special wool coat. I definitely recommend this establishment, and I will be back."
"We had sent my suit to get dry cleaned for my senior prom we get the suit back and it had shrunken down to were I could not even were it so my prom was ruined and it is there fault I could not even go to my prom and I won't never get that back."
