"Many people love this company, so I decided to give them a try. I had a garden hose corroded onto hose bib. Easy fix; 15 minutes of very easy work. Invoice - $180! I was told by the tech to be happy I wasn’t charged for two men (there was another guy in the truck who shut off the water at the street). I did not get a “good customer service vibe” and definitely felt this charge seemed to be way out of line. After expressing my concern, I was offered $18 off. I won’t call them again."
