"Called to get our drain field looked at and possibly replaced. The owner was originally scheduled to come out, but then their truck broke down and they rescheduled. Then they just sent a pump truck to take pictures and not do anything since we just had it pumped. The owner then scheduled to come out later that week at 10 am. At 10:30 my wife called just for him to say he had an Easter thing at his kids school he forgot about. Most people call and reschedule before their supposed to already be at the job. When the owner finally came out at almost 7pm he looked at it and said he'd work something up. The county then said we could go with a gravity feed instead of a pump system. He said that would definitely save some money and then we never heard from him again. We've since gotten it fixed by another company that shows up on time, does good work, and actually communicates with their customers. So if you also value communication and work ethic don't waste your time here."

"What a great company. They came out and pumped out my grinder pump thingy, and replaced the motor. Laurie was so helpful and Rusty went above and beyond to find a motor and get it installed asap. All staff onsite were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Price was in line with other quotes, but the professional service we received from Huggins was excellent!"
