"Fran has done it again!!! She was our agent when we purchased our home in 2021 and recently she helped sell our home on 8/22/24. She has done a remarkable job. In response to a certain negative review, our home before closing was left in pending status due to the fact that there was a contingency that the buyers had to sell their home. During that type of contingency, we are allowed to keep our home open for other potential buyers to put bids in knowing they are secondary offers if the first offer falls through. Apparently their Redfin agent should have educated them on that fact instead of trying to figure out how much we were paying our agent. Fran has gone above and beyond by even getting dirty helping us move once her schedule opened up. She also provided a professional packing company to assist us. She will not put other potential clients on the back burner because of someone else's situation. She will help you when she's available. You have to respect that because everyone of her clients are important. And for that reason, she is no longer our agent, she earned our family friendship!!"

"I would give Fran Manzoni 0 stars if I could. She is unprofessional, snarky, sneaky and appears to only be there to make a paycheck. She has no concern for contractual obligations in a real estate sales. We recently bought a house where Fran was the seller’s real estate agent and the sellers broke multiple areas of the contract and Fran did not do a single thing about it. The sellers still had their belongings in our home 30 hours after settlement. OUR realtor, Shenna Hines with Redfin, was there helping us move the seller’s belongings out because Shenna is amazing and dedicated to her clients. Fran on the other hand, was nowhere to be found. Fran did not seem to comprehend that her sellers no longer owned the home after settlement and appeared to be afraid to communicate with the sellers that they no longer had ownership and needed to be out of OUR house. She is a an absolute mess. Fran also never changed the status of the home on the real estate sites once our offer was accepted until almost a week before closing. It said “for sale” the entire time and wasn’t changed to “pending” until we almost owned the home. Our realtor had to ask two different times to change the status of the house to “pending”. She’s sneaky. Do yourself a favor, don’t use Fran Manzoni."
