"I had a weird problem with my plumbing that caused air to shoot out of the faucets. I wasn't sure how to correct the issue so I called Mr rooter. They rescheduled on me twice but eventually a tech showed up. He was very friendly which is why I give two stars instead of one. He didn't really know what was going on so he just kinda guessed that I needed a new well pressure tank because the diaphragm in mine had probably worn down.... he didnt notice that I have an air over water style which doesn't use a bladder. He said he'd send over a quote within the next couple days. I paid the agreed upon $60 service charge. I realized he didn't know what he was talking about and I did some further research. I ended up replacing a $30 air volume control from Coleys and and I was good to go. Mr Rooter wasted my time and money but it's mostly my fault because I hired a company to do something I could've done myself. I have no plumbing experience, but I'm a good bit better now. In fact I even was confident enough after to install my own water softener. Listen to me, don't waste your time with them, be a man/woman and take the time to learn a new skill. You're more reliable than them I promise. I still never got a quote. Makes me wonder if they just drive around collecting service charges lol."

"He quoted us $500 and when he was done it was $1037.00 to our shock and horror!! He also does not communicate well. He told us he could do a $800 fix guaranteed for 1 year but 2 days later the a/c is out again... he now says there is no guarantee!!! DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!!"
