"The agent i used, Carmela Pirolli, consistently lied to me and was extremely unhelpful. When the purchase fell through she was frustrated with me and sent me curse-laden texts as well as called me numerous names. The sellers brought litigation against me and during that process found they based their suit on her texts to them that were full of lies as well as emails where she bad-mouthed me to their realtor. At one point she informed me i would need a lawyer, knowing that her lies set me up for a suit, then refused to help me in anyway. I am out a good deal of money and still waiting on my deposit many months after the sale was cancelled. When I phoned to discuss the horrible behavior of this agent, Linda Dickinson, the manager, never phoned me back or acknowledged my complaints in any way. Stay far away from this group they will only steer you wrong and will be of no support."

"The agent we worked with was Kelly Patrizio. She was very unprofessional, uncommunicative, and dishonest. Our dates for closing kept getting changed and there was no communication. Phone calls, texts, emails went unanswered. Apparently there were issues with the buyer's lender but no effort was made to communicate that. We were left hanging for over 3 days with no clue as to whether the sale was going to happen. Literally no updates. Worst experience. Would never refer this agent or office to anyone."
