"I called with waste backing into the bathtubs on a weekend. Mr. Rountree gave me a flat rate price to deal with all of my issues nefore he ever arrived. He was clean, professional, and very nice to deal with. He was honest and patient answering all our questions, and those of our super curious 4 year old. Even though it was the weekend and an emergency call he was able to come quickly and didnt charge us a huge "emergency" fee, or change his rate when additional work was needed (cleaning a filter). He was very professional and did a great job. I called many people for quotes but I will never do that again, Mr. Rountree will be our provider from here on every 3-5 years."
