"I initially joined Koko after a family friend shared her own personal experience and went right into the 6-week Kickstart Challenge. I learned so much about exercise, how to properly fuel my body, and the not-so-great habits that had become part of my everyday life. In just 2 months, I have lost 15 pounds. Karen and Kristie are awesome - they are always willing to help, whether it be discussing meals or assisting with a new exercise on the Smart Trainer. "Koko fitclub is great! I have been a member since July 2018. It is not your typical gym. I have never enjoyed working out as much as I do at Koko. The staff are awesome and friendly and always there to help. Classes they offer Indoor and outdoor and on Zoom through the pandemic are always fun and eventful. Through the pandemic while closed still able to keep there members active and fit by offering ZOOM classes online and always there to help with workouts or nutritional questions. I love it here and highly recommend you give it a try and you won't be disappointed!"

"Best fitness center ever! It's been 6 months since I joined. I've happily lost over 30 pounds and have gained more strength than I've ever had! The Koko coaches are great. They custom tailor exercises based on each client's needs. My only regret is that I didn't join years ago! UPDATE as of 5/9/2019: Koko continues to be everything I've ever wanted in a fitness center. It's both supportive and challenging. It's a pleasant and nurturing environment, and I value being able to call it my home away from home."

"The Six Week Challenge was such a positive experience. The environment in Koko is absolutely amazing. The coaches are there for you every step off the way and the camaraderie among the participants and the existing members is unlike any other gym experience. I found my self craving exercise! The meal plan portion of the program was a challenge because it took me out of my comfort zone. I learned valuable strategies for healthier living, and I was able to meet my goals.
